Open the Account tab

Tap Account in the bottom navigation bar (the person icon on the far right).

Scroll to Notifications

You'll see toggles for SMS, Email, and Push notifications. Turn on SMS and Email — these are the most reliable.

Verify your phone number

Make sure your phone number is correct. This is where lead alerts get sent. You can also add a second recipient — partner, spouse, or dispatch.

Double your coverage — invite your team

If you're busy on a job, your partner or dispatcher can respond instead. Invite them in the Team section — they'll get the same instant alerts and can call leads back from their own phone. You never miss a lead, even when your hands are full.
